Late 18th / Early 19th Century after James Latham (1696 - 1747)"Portrait of Esther Johnson (Stella)," Portrait of an elegant Lady in low cut blue dress with red veil, O.O.C., in ornate gilt frame, approx. 77cms x 64cms (30" x 25"). (1)Note: It is suggested that Swift and Stella were married has always been a subject of intense debate. The marriage ceremony was allegedly performed in 1716 by St George Ashe, Bishop of Clogher (an old friend of Swift), with no witnesses present, and it was said that the parties agreed to keep it secret and live apart.
17th Century Irish School"Reverend Thomas Swifte," on oval, portrait, O.O.C., approx. 74cms x 62cms (29" x 24 1/2") in ornate gilt frame with plaque. (1)Note: The Rev. Thomas Swifte was born in Canterbury in 1561, he married Margaret, daughter and heir of the Right Rev. Thomas Godwin, Bishop of Bath & Wells. He was the son of Rev. William Swifte.

Kilkenny in the distance," O.O.C., signed lower right, in later wooden frame, approx. 240cms x 195cms (94 1/2" x 77"). (1)* The above sitter was a pioneer in aviation and invented the "Swifte Screw," a propeller.

Swifte," depicting a Gentleman wearing the uniform of the High Sheriff of Kilkenny, seated holding a sword, O.O.C., with plaque, in gilt frame, approx. 90cms x 69cms (35 1/2" x 27"). (1)Note: Godwin Butler Meade Swifte, D.L. was the High Sheriff of Kilkenny and later Carlow, and resided at Swifte's Heath, Co. Kilkenny.

Dean Cadogan Keatinge, Dean of Clogher," oval miniature Portrait of him wearing a fur lined coat and a turban type hat on ivory, 10cms (4"), in ornate rococo style gilt frame. (1)* Keatinge, born Narraghmore, Kildare, died Clogher Dungannon South Tyrone. He was half brother of Maurice Bagenal, St. Ledger Keatinge.

A gentleman's 18ct gold 'Omega Seamaster' wristwatch: circa 1963 with applied portrait of Sheikh Issa AL-Khalifa of Bahrain the dial with black inlaid gilt baton markers, the twenty four jewel movement signed and numbered '19367719', screw back case, Seamaster logo on case back, Omega crown, case diameter approximately 33mm, on flexible '750' stamped bracelet, together with red 'Omega' box.
