Possibly a form of advertising for the copper plate producer but we cannot make out any names.

Felicity Grace Bush RCA (British 1913 - 1991) Original Oil On Canvas With Portrait To Verso Born in St. Helens, Lancashire, Bush studied at Liverpool College of Art under William Penn and at the Royal College Of Art, 1934-38. She showed at the Royal Academy of Arts and was a prolific floral and landscape artist. Presented here is an original oil on canvas depicting loosely rendered trees in a wintry suburban landscape. Signed to bottom left 'Felicity Bush 1958'. Of further interest is the image to verso which appears to be an earlier portrait work depicting a female subject, the painting style and pose indicating the influence of the Bloomsbury group.
