English School, early 18th c - Portrait of Dame Alice Barker, three quarter length in a red dress with pearls and blue stole, with a tame squirrel on a gold chain held in her left hand, oil on canvas, 89.5 x 69.5cm, carved and gilded frame Dame Alice Barker (1708-1771) was the daughter and heiress of Sir Comport Fytche, 2nd Bt. (1670-1720) and his wife Anne Robinson (1682-1737). Alice Fytche married on 28 October 1740 for Sir John Barker, 6th Bt. (1714-1757) of The Chantry, Sproughton and Grimston Hall, Suffolk. Their son, John Fytche Barker (1741-1766) succeeded his father as the 7th baronet Old restoration with localised over-painting

The couples' children included Daniel de Lisle (1677-1758) Old restoration and over-painting; in the same condition as at the time of the 2006 sale

Knights Cross winners from Luftwaffe and KM. Over 100 images. Plus there is also a few modern enlargements done to show the high quality of the original image not included in the total. Plus a poster depicting Third Reich awards.
WW1 Austro-Hungarian Trench Art Desk Set. Made from copper sheet and inset with an oval colour portrait of Austrian Emperor Franz Joseph. Has two drawers with holes above. Inset with various cartridge cases and bullets (all INERT) some pre war and none dated later than 1915. Holders for letters, ink wells and quills/pens. Height 57mm, width 210mm x 125mm.
