A Bohemian Emerald Green Glass Overlay Centrepiece Bowl, semi-ovoid with everted rim, the frontal oval "window" painted with a bust portrait of a young girl wearing a bonnet in a landscape in the manner of Thomas Gainsborough, a spray of flowers to the reverse against a ground of densely inward spiralling foliage, with opaque white knopped and collared stem to a trumpet base with conforming decoration, circa 1870, {33.2cm high}.
