Concorde pilot signed cover collection. Superb complete series of 10 covers from Westminster Stamps set on A4 four ring album pages with cover set above the pilots career biography. Also has original descriptive page and certificate. The covers comm 40th ann of the first supersonic flight and have nice inset images of the pilot and also a 1st class stamp with portrait label photo. The autographs are Capt Jock Lowe, Capt David Rowland, Capt David Studd, Capt David Leney, Capt Jeremy Rendall, Capt Roger Mills, Capt Tim Orchard, Capt Les Brodie, Capt Colin Morris, Capt Norman Britton. An early 18th century portrait miniature of a gentleman, named as Vigerus Edwards, the oval bust portrait depicting the sitter, seated to dexter, with powdered shoulder length wig, tan jacket and white shirt, gilt metal frame engraved to reverse 'Vigerus Edwards Esq', to a later velvet band Vigerus Edwards is mentioned in 'A View Sir Isaac Newton's Philosophy' 1728, and the National Archive has records of correspondence with Sir Robert Warpole from 1 September 1720
