Salvador Dali - A signed black and white original etching of the head of a man (self portrait?) with heightened white shirt and laurel wreath crown, a smaller profile study of a head with halo near the lower right of the picture, the plate also with wording (indistinct) 'Le come L'empereur Salvador Dali', plate size 11.5 in by 14.5in, signed by the artist lower right below the plate in pencil and also inscribed A/B 1/200, framed.
Inlaid mahogany longcase clock, the fretwork swan neck pediment over blind fretwork frieze above an arched painted dial named for Gibson of Saltcoats with portrait panel of George III to the arch and symbols representing the continents to the spandrels, the face with subsidiary seconds dial and calendar ring, the hood flanked by later reeded columns over trunk with side spiral pilasters and inlaid central patera and all over detail, all raised on bracket feet, 88in (223.5 cm) high
