A set of three early 20th century oval porcelain printed portrait medallions depicting "Wellington", "Josephine" and "Mrs. Siddons", a Staffordshire pottery figure of "The Welsh Tailor's Wife" upon a goat, a Continental porcelain figure of a dancing man with flowers in hand, a Royal Worcester shell blushware dish, and a Spode floral decorated chamberstick CONDITION REPORTS Three porcelain ovals : general wear, scratches, dirt conducive with age and use, althouugh "Josephine" has an approx. 0.5 cm sized chip to base (see photos). Staffordshire figure : hat has severe chips to the rim, she is missing her left hand, there is a large chunk missing from the basket, goat's horns are missing, tail is missing, severe flaking to paintwork all over, goat has nibbles to ears and horns (see photos). Continental figure : has dirt and wear conducive with age including some nibbling to flowers, leaves, etc. Worcester dish has wear and dirt conducive with age. Chamberstick: has been badly broken and repaired in serval places, the sconce, handle and foot, there is heavy wear all over especially to the gilding (see photos)

19TH CENTURY ENGLISH SCHOOL "Portrait study of a lady seated, wearing a brimmed hat and black dress with oval neckline brooch", half length, oil on canvas, unsigned CONDITION REPORTS Has had a very large rip from running almost the top of the bonnet on the left-hand side down to the shoulder which has been very crudely backed and repaired, has at least three other holes e.g. one just below the bust line and one on the lower hand which have both been quite crudely backed and filled/repaired. Canvas is very loose with cracking to oil throughout, is extremely dirty, has clearly had restoration in the past, flaking to paintwork all along the outer edge where it has sat under the frame, is in overall poor condition and in need of some restoration.
19th century English Provincial School Portrait of a young gentleman, on his lap he holds a dove. The sitter is Thomas Turville Gardner, born 1831, died 1911. He was to become a Surgeon Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Army. Oil on canvas 76 x 64cm Condition Report: There is old patch repairs to the canvas with crude over painting to loss of paint, particularly around the face. Craquelure all over. The stretchers are unstable and falling apart.
