A Roman carved marble portrait head of a woman, 1st century AD, her hair braided in the Julio-Claudian style and bound with a diadem, considerable wear and restoration to the nose, purchased by the present vendor at Lyon and Turnbull, (possibly a portrait of the Empress Liva as Diva August. this head compares well with head in the Staatliche Museum Berlin-see Bartman Portraits of Liva, p. 180). 9½" Tall without base.

The piece features the apparently disgruntled agent exchanging similar thoughts with Poyo, a rooster and secret weapon of the FDA, considered a weapon of mass destruction.
