After Joseph Nollekens, portrait bust of William Pitt the Younger (1759-1806), coloured plaster, marked to the back Pub'd by F Galliani, January 20th 1809, London, No. 12 Borough Road. On socle base. 41cm high approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT) No obvious damage, but some surface wear and chips and scuffs around the foot rim. Overall weight 2.8kg approx. Nothing on the base of stand other than red felt.
Pair of 19th century Sevres style turquoise blue (Bleu de Roi) portrait busts of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, overall with gilt highlighting on socle pedestal supports with square bases. 35cm high overall approx. (2) (B.P. 21% + VAT) Rather grubby in places, some glaze faults and surface wear. No obvious damage or restoration noted with the naked eye.
