Edwin ' Buzz ' Aldrin Jr - Moon Walker (Apollo 11) - vintage 8x10" official NASA portrait showing Aldrin in his astronaut suit prior to the Apollo 11 mission. Signed neatly in blue ink to a light central area, undedicated. Biography printed to rear. Excellent original condition. Buzz Aldrin - is an American former astronaut, engineer and fighter pilot. He made three spacewalks as pilot of the 1966 Gemini 12 mission. He was the Lunar Module Eagle pilot on the 1969 Apollo 11 mission and became the second person to walk on the Moon after mission commander Neil Armstrong.
Advertising Poster - an original vintage advertising poster from 1982 for KU Ibiza nightclub event 'INVERTIDA' by Uro Hay Tiempo set up by Yves Uro, a Spanish poster artist who created artworks for clubs, cafes and restaurants in Ibiza for over a decade. The poster featuring a close up black and white portrait of a woman from the lips to her chest. Measuring approximately 63 cm x 43.5 cm. Rolled.
Edward Earl of Clarendon. 1707 The History of the Rebellion and Civil Wars in England, begun in the Year 1641. Printed at the Theater, Oxford 1707. Illustrated frontispiece portrait of the author. Six volumes bound in full contemporary calf, blind-stamped detail to the boards and gilt titles to spine. Bumped to the extremities, occasional slight loss to the leather at the head and tail of the spine, spines are rubbed and dried. Prior owner's inscription to the ffep. The first edition of this work in octavo format.

One side depicting a portrait of a clergyman inscribed "AETATIS SVAF.60, 1691", The opposing side painted with a Papal Hatchment/Coat of Arms, housed in a painted frame, the oil 63cm wide, 77cm high to the clergyman side, 66.5cm wide, 81cm high to the coat of arms side, the frame 82.5cm wide, 97.5cm high.
The circular flat flange with maker's mark, possibly 'TB', the slender stem with narrow mid-fillet, the ball-knop with pronounced mid-fillet and gadrooned decoration, the spreading circular base with lenticular beaded rim, and square cut-corners, height 15cm, diameter 5.5cm Provenance: Former R. In the manner of Sir Henry Raeburn RA (1756 - 1823): an early 19th century oil on canvas, believed to be a portrait of Archibald Primrose 4th Earl of Rosebery (1783 - 1856), wearing his parliamentary wig. Unattributed, 54 x 64 cm. Labels verso. Some contemporary repairs to canvas.Archibald John Primrose was born at Dalmeny Castle, West Lothian, on 14 October 1783. He was educated at Pembroke College, Cambridge, and graduated in 1804. In the Commons he represented the burgh of Helston in 1805-1806, and Cashel in 1806-1807, and in 1814 he inherited the earldom of Rosebery from his father. In 1828 he became a Peer, taking the title Baron Rosebery of Rosebery, Midlothian. As a Liberal he took a keen interest in the Reform Bill 1832, and earlier, in 1831, he became a Privy Councillor. In 1840, Rosebery was made a Knight of the Order of the Thistle, and from 1843 to 1863 he was Lord-Lieutenant of West Lothian. Archibald John Primrose, 4th Earl of Rosebery, died on 4 March 1868. His grandson, Archibald Philip Primrose, Lord Dalmeny, 5th Earl of Rosebery, became a British Prime Minister (cit. Archiveshub.jisc.uk).Not available for in-house P&P
