Portrait miniature of a Lady, said to be Margaria Scorza, wearing a finely embroidered doublet and white ruff, bears strengthened ink inscription on the reverse `Margaria Scorza figlia di Pio Paniatone`, oil on card, oval, 3 x 2 1/2 in within a nineteenth century silver frame. The portrait miniature has traditionally been believed to be of late 16th century /early 17th century origin
