19TH CENTURY ENGLISH SCHOOL "Lady in green dress and bonnet" half length portrait study, oil on canvas, unsigned, in large gilt frame, and another matching gilt frame CONDITION REPORTS Outside of the frames measure 86 cm wide and 98.5 cm high. Both missing various sections of molding. There are areas of splitting all over. Gilding on the empty frame is of a more gold colour than that of the frame with the portrait. On both frames the slips appear to have water damage. The painting itself has cracking and flaking paint to the left hand side and base. There are further areas of cracking on the woman's face and in the bottom right hand corner there have been several areas of repair. See images for more details.

Suspension loop attached, stamped, .375, no other marks. Oval approx. 52 x 38 mm. Fault lines visible in cornelian. Portrait rubbed and scratched, possibly a silver colour underneath surface.
Beaumont, a full length portrait of a pre-Raphaelite style lady in a yellow dress, pastel, indistinctly signed and dated 1899, 79.5 x 55 cm See illustration Condition report Report by GH There are several damages to the image. The main damage being in the top left corner of the picture, there is a large rip to the card/paper, with a maximum length of around 14 cm. This rip goes in four different directions. Similarly in the top right hand corner, there is a hole with tears of around 8 cm each going off in three directions. In the centre lower part of the image there is a bird dropping and some areas of the pastel are slightly rubbed, but generally reasonably good, aside from the damages. In terms of the frame, quite a lot of the gilding is flaking off or has already come off and some of the gesso moulding has fallen off.
A small quantity of 19th century silhouettes, portrait miniatures, wax miniatures and similar. Condition Report: 1 x Horse miniature - No glass, mount cracked. 2 x Wax miniatures - Both are intact, however there are signs of dirt, dust and insect detritus showing. 3 x Circular silhouettes - All intact, background discoloured. 1 x Oval silhouette - Intact, background discoloured and signs of insect detritus. 1 x Red and black glass miniature - Broken and re-glued.
English School, early 19th century, portrait miniature of a young gentleman, on ivory, in yellow metal frame having glass backing, foil seal and plated chain, 65mm by 55mm. Condition Report: At first glance this miniature is in good order, however there are some issues. Whilst the ivory is undamaged, there is minor paint loss around the left eye. The mount is intact but the glass backing is cracked from top to bottom. Although the foil backing is intact it is creased.
