British School, 19th century- Portrait of a husband and wife, the lady seated half-length wearing a green dress and bonnet, the gentleman standing three-quarter length in tailcoat and holding a sprig; oil on canvas, 52.5x43cm CONDITION REPORT: on a 19th maple veneered frame taping on the reverse is of recent application has been re-lined, circa mid-late 20th century wooden stretcher appears to be the original under inspection with uv lamp there is no evidence of re-touching the painting has been cleaned and re-varnished there is old craquelure to the paint surface there is a deft to the weave of the canvas in the background to the left of the male sitter and beyond the inner section of this sitters left arm overall in good condition

A Charming Late 18th Century Oil on Canvas, Possibly American: Family Portrait depicting a girl with a basket of fruit accompanied by three boys; one displaying a copy of Pope's Essays, one with a parrot perched on his finger and the smallest holding a bow, 35 ins x 42 ins (89 cms x 107 cms). The moulded gilt frame 39¾ ins x 46½ ins (101 cms x 118 cms).*
An Oil on Canvas: Portrait of a Racehorse, inscribed on verso 'Aurelius by Eclipse', with further inscription 'Aurelius 1785 bred by Lord Grosvenor' and a 19th century newspaper clipping regarding the centenary of the death of the racehorse Eclipse, 10½ ins x 13½ ins (27 cms x 34 cms), in a moulded gilt frame 13¾ ins x 16¾ ins (35 cms x 43 cms).

A 17th Century Oil on Canvas: Double three-quarter length portrait of Iovanna Gallina and her son, dressed in black costume with white lace collars and cuffs, and having an inscription to the top left corner, 44 ins x 35 ins (112 ms x 89 cms), in a moulded frame 49½ ins x 40½ ins (126 cms x 103 cms).
