The iconic resolved pose of The Prime Minister often referred to as ‘The Roaring Lion’ taken at the Canadian Parliament by Yousuf Karsh just after Churchill delivered his speech in December 1941. Signed in ink on the mount ‘Winston S. Churchill’ and signed in pencil by Karsh, mounted on a page from Mr Ernest Bennett's scrap book, The Butler to The Governor General of Canada, Major-General The Honourable Earl of Athlone and H.R.H. The image on our website shows this mark clearly.
