NO RESERVE Hayek (Friedrich August, economist and political philosopher, 1899-1992).- Pan (Arthur, Hungarian artist and portrait painter, fl. 1920-60) Portrait of Winston Churchill, colour print, presentation inscriptions on verso of picture (1 inscribed in German by Hayek), framed and glazed, picture 500 x 600mm., [c. 1960s].⁂ Inscription reads: "This picture belonged to Squadron Leader H.O. Fairclough R.A.F. who served in the 1939-45 war. It was given to Esca Drury (now Hayek) niece and is now given to F.A. Hayek."

EDUARD CHARLEMONT (1848-1906) A full length portrait of the Hon. Alice de Worms (1865-1952) aged eight, signed and dated 1873 lower right, oil on panel, 140.5cm x 80cm The Hon. Alice de Worms was the daughter of the first Baron Pirbright (1840-1903) and the great granddaughter of Mayer Amschel Rothschild (1744-1812), the founder of the Rothschild banking dynasty. She married her second husband David MacLaren-Morrison in 1892 and her daughter Theodora (1900-1928) married Herbert Weld (1852-1935) of Lulworth in 1923.
