18th Century Meissen tea bowl, having underglaze blue painted decoration in the Chinese style with contemporary polychrome overpainting in iron-red, yellow, puce and gilt, crossed swords mark with star, 7.5cm diameter together with a 19th Century Sevres white biscuit circular portrait plaque depicting Napoleon Prince Imperial, reverse with Sevres date code for 1865 and incised initials W.B., 5.75cm diameter Condition: There is one top rim nibble which appears to be under the glaze and measures approximately 6mm long and 1mm deep - **General condition consistent with age
Fine quality modern Lotto style carpet based on the design shown in the Renaissance portrait of Richard Sackville by William Larkin, having central blue and cream geometric decoration on a red ground within blue ground multi borders with conforming geometric decoration, 359cm x 231cm exclusive of tassels This rug was made by Mannam Carpets of Lahore Pakistan, the craftsmen who made the Lotto style carpets for Stirling Castle Palace in Scotland.
