After John Judkins, Bob Dylan, an advertising poster print for I Was Lord Kitchener's Valet, 1960's (poor condition). 71cm by 60.5cm. Note: I Was Lord Kitchener's Valet was a swinging 60's boutique in Portobello Road and later Carnaby Street. John Judkins was commissioned to produce portrait posters as advertising for the boutique and subjects included Bob Dylan and Mick Jagger.

Portrait of Amir Sher Ali Khan of Kabul, Emir of Afghanistan, miniature painting on paper [probably Eastern Afghan regions, c. 1860] single folio, ink and gouache on paper depicting Amir Sher Ali Khan standing with a sword in hand, infront of a broad window overlooking a garden, image heightened in gilt, image rather darkened and mottled, some closed tears to outer edges (some of these with early repairs), trimmed to edges with some loss to lower edge, ruled in red and blue, 238 by 185 mm.; reverse blank Amir Sher Ali Khan of Kabul (1825-1879) was the third son of Dost Mohammad Khan and took over the succession to become Emir of Afghanistan in 1863.
