Raimundo De Madrazo (1841 - 1920), oil on canvas - portrait of a lady in fur-lined evening coat, signed and dated 1910, in gilt frame, 110cm x 63cm CONDITION REPORT Not relined, small horizontal tear centre right above her shoulder, two patches verso relate to this area and another area of restoration around her hairline, not easily discernible to front otherwise condition is good, original frame in mostly good condition, small losses
Attributed to Richard Dadd (1817 - 1886), oil on board - portrait of a rustic man, a partial oil sketch verso, framed, 24.5cm x 18.5cm CONDITION REPORT Surface scratches - particularly an area of abrasion, lower right below his leather strap. Elsewhere general wear - deterioration to far outer edge but otherwise basically ok. Provenance: acquired from Tommy Roberts, fashion designer and purveyor of design and antiques who owned the iconic shop TOMTOM on New Compton Street and had further shops on Carnaby Street and the Kings Road in the 1960s
Cunning, 17th century-style deceptive tantalus, presented as a printed portrait of Johannes Vermeer's 'Girl with pearl earring', in ripple moulded walnut frame - a secret catch in the left side of the frame releases the front to reveal four glass decanters and drinking glass, 69cm x 60cm CONDITION REPORT Contents include four decanters each with fretted stopper and one glass, one decanter with small rim chip, minor scrapes, scratches to Vermeer print, no makers mark, frame is otherwise good just minor wear commensurate with age
English School, circa 1810, miniature watercolour portrait on ivory depicting a young woman in white empire-line dress, with hair tied up, in glazed brass frame, 7.5cm x 7cm, together with a 17th century-style miniature portrait of a Queen, possibly Lady Jane Grey and two 19th century silhouette miniatures on glass - including Captain John Cassin and another (4)
Fine and rare 18th century erotic mother of pearl and silver snuff box of oval form, the top engraved with a scene of a cavorting couple, Cupid to the fore, taking aim with an arrow, hinging once to reveal engraved bedroom scene to the underside and ivory secondary lid, polychrome painted with scene of a bearded gentleman unlocking the chastity belt of his voluptuous lover, the reverse with figural portrait group of scantily-clad women, her palm apparently being read by a crone, with a child looking on, 8cm wide CONDITION REPORT ornament to cover is a little worn, some pitting - particular area of pitting top right below hinge, interior painted cover with chastity belt scene - has some paint loss to outer edge wear and discoloured varnis, interior painted scene of fortune teller has some small areas of paint loss

Surface though flat is slightly inconsistent, with some thin areas. Paint surface is however stable and presents well
A late 17th/early 18th Century silver repousse pair cased quarter repeating verge pocket watch by Jean Deonna (of Geneva), the white enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals and finely pierced gilt hands, the full plate verge movement with finely pierced and engraved watch cock and with shaped and pierced Egyptian style pillars with push quarter repeat mechanism working on two small hammers to interior bell, the inner and outer case finely pierced and engraved with birds and leaf scroll ornament with oval vignettes, the lower outer case with repousse oval portrait medallions and shaped and engraved panels, 57mm diameter (gross weight 178 grammes) Note: Jean Deonna born 1676 - died 1754, working in Geneva

King wearing lace trimmed blue dress and cap, oval 2.75ins x 2.25ins, with gilt metal mount and frame, the back with ink inscription under glass, 4ins x 3.375ins ( glass cracked) Note: Hand written inscription to verso reads - "Mrs P.G. King, wife of Godfrey King of New South Wales. Died at Vineyard Park, March 1844 aged 89 years. At my death to Mrs E.J. Mountfords - she being her great-grandchild"
A late 19th Century French gilt brass and porcelain mantel clock by Thomas Pearce & Son, Paris and London, No. 2109, the 3.5ins diameter white enamel dial with Roman numerals, to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, contained in gilt brass drum pattern case surmounted by quiver and bow garland and flanked by two putti, one holding a porcelain plaque depicting a shoulder length portrait of a young woman, the shaped base inset with porcelain central plaque and with floral swags and scroll feet, 10ins high
