WESTMINSTER MINT; the Queen Victorian hand painted £5 gold coin first day cover, limited edition no.32/100, the 2001 Great Britain Royal Mint Queen Victoria crown struck to a proof finish in 22ct gold, the cover also features the Royal Mail's first ever self-adhesive stamp label and six First Class stamps, postmarked on the label's first day of issue 29th January 2001 and with watercolour portrait to commemorate the centenary anniversary of Queen Victoria's death, by Christine Ellingham, with certificate.

ROYAL DOULTON LAMBETH POTTERY; an early 20th century Chiné ware jardinière with brown glazed rim, with interspersed groups of three small jewels, the tapered baluster body with a ring of shaped panels of gilt circle decoration, on a blue ground with embossed flowers, Royal Doulton impressed factory mark to the base with the assistant's initials for Minnie Webb, height 19cm, diameter approx 23cm and a 19th century Queen Victoria Diamond Jubilee commemorative mug bearing the portrait of the young and old Victoria with a castle between two flags, above a crown, inscribed to the base 'By kind permission of Messrs. Russell & Sons Baker Street Portland Square', height 10cm (2). CONDITION REPORT The jardinière has no obvious cracks, chips or repairs. There are some tiny rim chips to the foot rim and some scratches to the glaze and a little bit of wear to the gilt, commensurate with age. The cup has a very old hairline near the portrait of young Victoria, pitting to the glaze and the usual wear.

English School 18/19th Century -A miniature portrait of a young lady, said to be Mary Queen of Scots,:-head and shoulders with blue eyes and red hair, wearing a pale blue cap and blue dress with lace collar, on card, oval 5.5cm.*Notes A fragmented contemporary inscription on paper identifies the sitter as Mary Queen of Scots. However, other miniatures and biography of Mary Queen of Scots describe her eyes as 'light-brown'.
