Circle of Charles Dixon (fl. 1748-1798) - Miniature shoulder length portrait of Charles Edward Stuart (1720-1788 - "Bonnie Prince Charlie"), as a young man wearing a blue coat and sash with the Order of the Garter, probably on ivory, oval 1.75in x 1.375in, contained in gold coloured metal frame with polished agate to back
John Bratby (1928-1992) - Oil painting - "Girl in a Garden with a Blank Easel" - Full length double portrait of a naked model standing in front of an easel and canvas, canvas 60ins x 36ins, apparently unsigned, in cream painted and moulded frame and glazed. Provenance : Complete with letter dated Dec.6th 1992 from the artist relating to the picture, apparently painted 1964-1966 in the Studio of the Coach House, 7 Hardy Road, Blackheath, making reference to the model - "Dumb girl, brother golf pro., she fainted - malnutrition and exhaustion", etc. Exhibited at the Millinery Works, London, November 1991, and also at Southampton Art Gallery (unknown date). Illustrated on Page 92 of the biography - "Bratby", by Peter Davies, published November 2002 by Old Bakehouse Publications

Note : Major Algernon George Pearson D.S.O., Berkshire Regiment and Royal Tank Corps born June 26th 1889, died July 5th 1962, late of Cooleville House, Clocheen, County Tipperary, and East Bradbourne House, Ashford, Kent. Sir Cecil Beaton (Brit. 1904-1980)-Costume design for Sir Peter Teazle, in The School For Scandal (Richard Sheridan), played by Sir Laurence Olivier in 1949 at The New Theatre (now The Noel Coward Theatre), watercolour, 42 x 28.5cm Sir Cecil Beaton was an Academy Award winning costume and stage designer, as well as a fashion and portrait photographer who often photographed the British Royal family amongst other luminaries.

Olga Lehmann (Chile. 1912-2001)-Suggested designs for panels for The Regal Cinema, Kingsbridge, watercolour and body colour, 30.5 x 49.5, and a design for mural panel for George Cole in A Phoenix Too Frequent (1951 production), 49 x 64cm (2) Olga Lehmann moved to England in 1929 and exhibited work at the Royal Portrait Society and the London Group. She worked extensively in film, television and theatrical design and died in Saffron Walden.

Provenance; Francis Kyle Gallery, Maddox Street, London. Harry More Gordon has held 19 exhibitions worldwide since 1971. Cixi was a powerful and charismatic woman who was selected as concubine by the Xianfeng Emperor, and went on to be defacto ruler of China, through her son and then nephew, from 1861 to her death in 1908
