Two extra cards were issued with the set on one of which is the wording "A Mapp of England & Wales"; together with a map showing all fifty two counties marked upon it, the other bearing instructions as to how to use the cards. The portrait used for the King is Charles II whilst the Queen in this case depicted is Catherine of Braganza.
