WWII Naval interest.Wartime Naval Sketchbook by James Robinson who we believe may have served on HMS Southern Prince or HMS Danae.A 28x19.5cm linen backed hardback sketchbook with approximately 40 pages, possibly 2/3rds filled. Many interesting pencil and ink drawings by a very competant hand, some scenes onboard ship, at home, life drawings from South-East Essex Technical College, ship's dogs, portrait studies drawn during the early 1940s etc. The works are very 'of their time' and provide an interesting snapshot of the 1940s.

Wind in my Face - Acrylic. My postcard painting is based on of Peter Seago RIPWho was a resident of Pakefield. He would regularly walk all this rescued dogs on Pakefield beach in all weathers. The postcard artwork is taken from this larger painting below I produced for my Tattoos & Attitude series in acrylic paint. People with tattoos. With every portrait I have written a statement which I feel shows their attitude. In Peter's case :"l'd rather have the wind on my face then be part of the rat race".

Turtles - Acrylic & resin. I have produced this piece depicting 2 turtles swimming freely in the clear seas using acrylic paint and resin. I am an animal portrait artist who more recently has focussed on some of our endangered wildlife around the world. Our sea life is being endangered at the hands of human consumption and plastic pollution. I wanted to represent our sea-life as it should be seen, free and happy.
