Christopher Nigel Lawrence Cased Pair Of Silver Commemorative 'Queen Elizabeth' Rose Bowls, The removable centres each centred with a portrait of Queen Elizabeth I and Queen Elizabeth II. The polished bowls with gilt interiors. The cylindrical foot with a band of interwoven letter 'E's. In a fitted box with limited edition numbered certificates. Silver weight 42.5ozs. Hallmark London 2003 with Royal Mint mark. Mint condition.
Attributed to THOMAS HUDSON (1701-1779) British Portrait of a Gentleman, half-length, wearing a brown jacket and green overcoat Oil 59 x 74 cm, framed CONDITION REPORTS: Generally in good condition, expected wear, could do with a light clean, re-lined at some stage, various chalk numbers to verso, old catalogue label inscribed Christie's 23 Feb. 1977.
A 19th century gilt bronze figure of Napoleon Modelled standing, arms folded, mounted on a rouge marble plinth base with gilt bronze applique; together with a small 19th century oil on board portrait of Nelson, housed in a gilt frame. The former 34 cm high. (2) CONDITION REPORTS: Some patination wear/loss, some chips/frits to marble, some cracks, one corner restored, the picture generally in good condition, both with genera wear.
