087 - - Bettina Semmer. (1955 Düsseldorf - lebt u. arbeitet in Berlin). Harun. 2016. Öl auf Leinwand. 55 cm x 94 cm. Signiert, ungerahmt.
218 - - Sabrina Lindemann. Repetitive history / send me an angel. 2020. oil On copper, engraved. 80 x 70 cm. Signiert und datiert. "Repetitive history" began in Lindemann's Munich studio with a portrait photo from a girl captured by the artist Nvie Motho. She turned her into a holy unearthly person who is not easy to capture with objective eyes. It could be a man, a woman or a person without a face. In one angle it stares at you, from another perspective the eyes are dreamy closed. Multi layers with all different color facettes. Smooth wings with a transparency of a butterfly. The head part seems like a moving universe and turned the piece into something you not just look at it. You can watch it. Totally ex orb. Lindemann is a self-taught world-class contemporary artist, a thoroughbred avantgardist. - Her ancestry varies from German, French to Russian-Mongolian descent. Raised in different countries, she is based in Paris and Munich/Berlin. Lindemann's sensitivity in observing the world made her an avid sketcher from the moment she could handle a pen. The time she spends traveling around the world has a heavy impact on her art. Through sharing her knowledge with other artists and collaborating with them, her art is growing as well as she does. - Lindemann's works can be found in private collections all over Europe and America. They were shown at several places in the States, especially in Long Beach, Los Angeles, but also Munich, London, Berlin, and Paris.
