A silver mounted Doulton ware flagon and jug, 1875 and 1877, decorated by Ernest Jarratt and Edith D Lupton respectively with upright registers of beaded blue fronds or strapwork and foliage, 24 and 25.5cm h, impressed marks, incised artist's initials and those of an assistant Flagon - hairline cracks in base, silver mount in good condition, no play in hinge, no engraving. Jug - handle slightly chipped with early silver repair at upper and lower junction, mount on rim slightly dented and worn.
