An interesting German silver plated presentation goblet, height 7" on 3 ball feet, the body engraved with an Iron Cross and Pour le Merite and dated "2-6-1918", the supporting band around the base engraved "Hermann Goring" and small Iron Cross, on a stippled background, the base bearing the seal of "Chef des Feldflugwesens". The most appalling disaster in maritime history with a loss of over 1,500 lives"; the other card, a picture of Titanic and a poem on the reverse. GC for age (some creasing and splitting)

A good quality DB 14 bore percussion sporting gun by Henry Tatham Junior, number 1604, 46" overall, twist barrels 30" with platinum lines and vents at breech, the top rib engraved "Henry Tatham Jnr, 37 Charing Cross, London" (1834-1860); scroll engraved back action locks with flat dolphin head hammers, the plates also engraved "Hy Tatham Jnr" in scrolls, nicely figured walnut halfstock with chequered wrist and fore end; silver throat pipe and barrel wedge plates; engraved steel trigger guard and butt plate; WM tipped wooden ramrod with concealed worm.
