This Shadow 11 is described by its vendor as being “One of the best”. The body work is excellent with superb condition chrome fittings. The interior wood and leather is just superb. There is a very low mileage of 24634 recorded on the odometer but in its history is a Speedometer change at 38000 so true mileage is still a very low 62000 or so miles. Having covered only 700 miles in the last 4 years the vendor asked Rolls Royce specialists “Silver Ladies” to go over the car prior to offering it for sale. They carried out a full engine service, over hauled the brakes and carried out an MOT.The history with the car is stunning. Pages of invoices totalling many 10s of thousands spent on its up keep, old MOTs, original purchase invoice and even the build sheets that were used to assemble the car. As he said, they really do not come much better.
Purchased and owned from new by the now Emir of Dubai, until 1993 when the current and only other owner purchased it. This lovely Rolls Royce “Silver Spur” has led a pampered life. Still with only just over 70,000 miles on the clock and with a full Rolls Royce main dealer and specialist service history to back this up. A rare opportunity to buy a Rolls Royce with this peerage and history.Offered with a very sensible reserve and a current MOT until May 2018.
