Housed in dark blue fitted case, the lid inscribed in gilt "Frontflugspange fur Aufklarer gold". VGC Instituted 19th November 1941.

Austrian Uhlan (Lancer) Officer's single-breasted tunic. Good scarce example mid-blue with ten half ball silvered buttons bearing the number 1 to front, crimson collar, cuffs and extensive piping including to external pocket flaps. Three rank stars in silver embroidery to each end of collar. "Wasserfall" on back at waist of thin gold bullions. Together with a companion pair of crimson breeches (pantaloons). Good clean condition (2 items)

Gilt buttons with burnished edges, bearing cannon-barrels, linstock and balls on a frosted ground. The with lining and to the left shoulder a gold cord loop. Very Good Condition
Officer's field-grey service tunic, probably Austro-Hungarian. Good scarce example with a high stand-and-fall collar edged with maroon cloth. Plain sleeves, six buttons to front and the usual gold cord shoulder-loop. Buttons plain half-ball of colour to match tunic. Tailored with example with scarlet collar, cuffs and piping. Three embroidered silver stars to ends of collar. The with lining and to the left shoulder a gold cord loop. Very Good Condition pleated patch-pockets. Good clean condition.

WW1 Lancashire Royal Garrison Artillery Mercantile Marine Group of Three Medals. Awarded to Stanley J Fearn, who served with the RGA, before being discharged with shell shock and then served with the Mercantile Marine.Comprising: British War Medal 467 GNR S. FEARN RA, Mercantile Marine Medal STANLEY. J. FEARN, Victory Medal GNR RA. Stanley J Fearn volunteered for the Lancashire Heavy Battery of the Royal Garrison Artillery on the 15th April 1915. He embarked for France after the 1st January 1916 and was discharged with the award of the Silver War Badge on the 4th October 1916, suffering from Shell Shock. He then volunteered to serve with the Mercantile Marine Reserve as an Assistant Steward.

BMBR H MARSH RA. 19297 British War Medal, Victory Medal, 334152A BMBR RA, Territorial War Medal 125 GNR RA. Medals loose. Harry Marsh enlisted on the 25th February 1914, he was wounded on two occassions the first reported on the 15th December 1917 and the second on the 9th October 1918. He is noted as serving with the 123rd Siege Battery RGA which was formed at Portland from members of the Dorset RGA Territorial Force. He was discharged in March 1919 with the award of the Silver War Badge
