The marks are generally clear. The cover apparently unmarked but probably original to the teapot. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The hinge of cover has been re-soldered. There are some dings and dents to the body. The wood handle and finial have some scratching and are probably later. One side is slightly thin and has possibly been erased.
