An Art Nouveau Silver and Enamel Pendant on Chain, by William Hair Haseler, the pendant enamelled in blues and greens, on a fine trace link chain, pendant measures 2.25cm by 2cm, chain length 52cm see illustration . This is in good overall condition with some minor enamel losses. The chain fastens with a bolt ring clasp. The pendant is hallmarked with maker's mark 'WHH', Birmingham, 1908. The chain is stamped '925' and 'SIL' and in our opinion would test as silver. Gross weight 8.8 grams. CR made 11.03.19.

The box clasp is stamped '925' and in our opinion would test as silver, the tongue is stamped 'METAL' and in our opinion would test as metal. The cultured pearls measure 6.45mm-9.60mm approximately. It fastens with a lobster claw clasp, with an extender chain and heart and faceted ruby charms. The length given is the shortest wearing length. The clasp is stamped '925' and in our opinion would test as silver. The pearls measure 5.81mm-8.93mm approximately. Gross weight 32.8 grams. CR made 08.03.19.
