Note: a non-transferable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for this item, ref Y2YLLPW348w x 35d x 35h cmOverall condition is used but usable. Unrestored, having been collected from a local house clearance and quite marked from use. No keys, but locks are in place. Opens ok and drawers run, but linings are old. Missing all the ivory handled knives, so set is incomplete. Inscribed C V HILL to the top plaque.

It fastens with a lobster claw catch. The pendant is hallmarked with sponsor's mark 'GJLtd, London, 2009, it is also stamped 'GEORG JENSEN', '925 S', 'DENMARK' and numbered '452A'. The chain is stamped 'GEORG JENSEN' and '925S'. Gross weight 39.7 grams. CR made 03.08.23.

Lot 2004

An Art Nouveau Silver and Enamel Pendant, by William Hair Haseler supplier to Liberty & Co., design attributed to Archibald Knox, the shield motif enamelled centrally in blue and green, suspended by a plain polished bale measures 4.5cm by 3.0cm The pendant is in tarnishing and slight enamel loss commensurate with age and wear. It is hallmarked with maker's mark 'WHH', Birmingham, 1905. It has also been etched to the reverse 'APRIL 3RD 1912 E+N'. Gross weight 8.1 grams. CR made 01.08.23.

A Surf Pattern Bracelet, by Georg Jensen, designed by Nana Ditzelcomprising of eight arched square panels, numbered 432length 18.2cm The bracelet is in fair condition with scratches and scuffs throughout. It fastens with a tongue and box catch. It is stamped 'GEORG JENSEN', '925 S' and 'DENMARK' and in our opinion would test as silver. It is numbered '432'. Gross weight 79.8 grams. CR made 03.08.23.
