A 1920's Art Deco French walnut cabinet by Dominique of Paris, the caddy top with silver plated banding above two parquetry inlaid doors with angular brass handles opened to reveal a pigeon holed interior, raised on stepped bracket feet, 120.5 cm wide x 145 cm high (Provenance: commissioned and installed in Bibury Court, Gloucestershire circa 1926) CONDITION REPORTS A stain to the centre of the top surface, bubbling veneer and small loss of veneer in it as well. There is a possible repair to the top surface as well as ring marks, white paint splattered marks and scratches. There are some larger chips to the back edge - see images. To the left hand door at the top there is a small loss - see images, and there are also some minor scratches to the door, including one longer horizontal scratch, roughly half way down. There is some ink all over, some impressed marks, some light scratches and some very small chips to the edges. When looking at the back there is a small gap where the top surface is coming away from the body, so will need a little attention. some general signs of wear and tear throughout

Some small chips to the edges, a deep scratch to both of the drawer fronts in various places. Damage to the veneer down the left hand on the left-hand side. Scuffs and scratches to the base, deep impressed marks to the sides. All over signs of general wear and tear throughout.

Two similar Tibetan white metal mounted offering cups on stands, one with a yellow ground porcelain cup, the other with a pale jade cup, approx 8.6 oz total weighable silver, approx 17.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The china bowl with the offering cup has various chips to the edge of the rim throughout. One resulting in a large crack. Some chips to the base where to the paintwork its' white metal cover is bent out of circular. Finial is no longer quite vertical, various small dents and scratches, the white metal base has various dents and is no longer circular. Scratched and a very large dent to the foot. The pale jade cup, the rim is rough to the touch, one split emanating from the rim. The cover is again bent out of circular, the finial does not sit vertically. A split to the base of the cover and the foot again bent and dented out of circular. Various scratches, some holes to he base. all general signs of wear and tear through age and use throughout

In some areas especially to the edges of the bowls and the teaspoon handles the gilding is rubbed but his appears to mainly be on one teaspoon. One spoon appears to be significantly bent compared to the others. Has general wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for further details.
