A mid 19th century Russian silver kiddush cup engraved with arched panels depicting architectural landscapes with alternating floral motifs, assayer Andrey Antonovich Kovalsky, Moscow active 1821-1856, silver standard 84, height 6.5cm, approx 1.5ozt. CONDITION REPORT: There is a major dent to one side of the cup and one minor dent to the lower part of the body. Tarnished throughout particularly inside.

CONDITION REPORT: The rim of the candlestick base is dented all around, there are rubbings and dents to the napkin rings, most items are tarnished.
A white metal rattle with coral teether and two rows of bells, apparently unmarked, length 12cm (af). CONDITION REPORT: The end of the coral teether is broken off and there is also a crack. There is an old repair around the base of the rattle where the base of the silver rattle meets the coral teether. The whistle end is slightly pushed in and imploded. No traces of hallmark.

CONDITION REPORT: Hallmarks rubbed but legible. Finial bent. Feels like the base has been soldered on after being reduced.
An early 20th century silver cased pocket watch stand modelled as a balloon timepiece, the shaped case containing a plated pocket watch, the circular dial set with Roman numerals, hallmarks rubbed, height 13cm (af). CONDITION REPORT: The clock has been over-polished, the marks are rubbed, several dents throughout. The back of the case is in very poor condition. There is a replace easel stand which does not work properly. Splits to the wooden back and damage to the watch.
An Edwardian oak and silver plate mounted three bottle tantalus for restoration, the crossed bar handle and locking arm above three square cut decanters and shaped base with plated plaque set with initials, length 38cm (af). CONDITION REPORT: At some stage somebody has forced the tantalus open which has sprung a full length section of the wood away. This has also meant that the arm and side bracket supports are also loose. There is a key present. With sympathetic restoration putting the main oak frame back together it would appear the tantalus could return to its former good state.
