Ribbon connecting back of frame to easel is broken, easel back still functional but will require attention. Fabric to reverse of frame is worn. Possible repairs seen to the join between garland and frame. Repair seen to rim of one of the frame. General wear, tarnishing, scuffs and minor scratches commensurate with age and use. Holes seen to the beading of the silver front to one frame.

An Edwardian silver desk clip, Cohen & Charles, London 1902, designed as a stylised 'T' with green leather base, together with a Moroccan leather and silver mounted blotter, De La Rue Ltd, London 1906, 15cm wide (2) Condition report: Blotter: Major losses to each side which appear to have been re-painted. Silver mounts are tarnished, have minor scratches and blemishes commensurate with age and use. Blotter shows areas of wear and loss throughout, particularly to corners and sides. Desk clip: Mount has areas of loss, dents and scratches throughout, commensurate with use. Hinge in good working order currently, but there is a slight bend in the mechanism, may require attention. Silver is tarnished and would benefit from a clean. The screws may possibly be a later addition.
