This impressive Persian double ax is from the 19th century. The blades have acid-etched figures and volutes and still contain remains of damascened silver. The ax is 110 cm long and has a width of 42 cm and is in very good condition.

This lot is the neck of a candlestick that belonged to Zain al-Din Katbugha, the deputy of Sultan al-Nasir Muhammad ibn Qalawun.On the candlestick are bands of inscription in silver, next to geometrical decorations of different shapes. The text written on the crater is in Thuluth script, which reads: What was done by the order of the high headquarters of Mawlawi al-Zayni. Zain Al-Din Katbugha Al-Mansouri Al-Ashrafi. The second text on the lower part reads: And for the dear prince and the one who triumphs over the enemies.It is most likely that the candlestick was manufactured by order or on behalf of Zain al-Din Katbugha.The style of writing is living organisms, in the form of human images, and the rest of the letters are in the form of the heads of birds, animals or humans. The base for the candlestick is preserved in one of the museums.The candlestick is from the late 19th to early 20th century, the length is 14 cm, and it is in very good condition.For more information see below under 'Details'.

Music box; 19th century.Gilt bronze and gilt silver.Measurements: 4.5 x 3 cm.Music box in the shape of a stamp with a Louis XV coin motif, located on the base. This type of objects were very appreciated from the 19th century, with a great variety of models, factories, materials, etc., normally trying to hide the mechanism that moves them for a greater surprise in the spectator and often accompanied by a musical mechanism. However, they were always intended for the upper classes, since their construction and design required high quality and mastery due to the delicate machinery and materials chosen.

Pair of candlesticks; Barcelona, c. 1860.Silver.Punched.Measurements: 48 x 20,5 x 20,5 cm (x2).Pair of candelabra in silver, of four lights, the central one follows the line of the shaft. This one presents a turned profile based on mouldings and protrusions. The surface of the silver is incised with synthetic motifs. The serpentine arms, decorated with incised notches, are in the form of a mitered turnstone. They support the lighters on smooth saucers, and the mouths of the lampshades are outlined with ovals.

Ahead of their shows EVH and his guitar tech visited Music Ground - a renowned vintage guitar and amp dealer of the time - and bought a number of amps. As part of the sales deal, Eddie invited the owner of Music Ground, his son and the store manager to Van Halen's gig and then gave them this signed guitar. This can be seen in the photograph of EVH with the Music Ground employees which also has their VIP pass applied to the top corner.This guitar is one of a small number built by Ernie Ball Music Man specifically for Eddie, and was part of his personal guitar collection. He took 6 of these Music Man guitars on the 1993 world tour, each a different colour.The vendor, who was a huge Van Halen fan attended the concert on the 27th April at the Sheffield Arena on the same evening.
