Condition Report Larger box in good condition, hinged cover closes well, interior gilding good. Smaller box - decoration a little worn, circular plaque to cover is later applied, small dents to the interior.

Condition Report Numerous dents to the jug, otherwise ok, sugar bowl has two small splits to the rim and a few small dents.

Condition Report Overall this is quite worn, the handle is slightly pushed into the body, it is rather dirty and would benefit from a clean.Ribbon tied bows are rather worn and are perhaps a later embellishment.

Condition Report Split to left hand side of frame towards top. Silver lifting on bottom left hand corner. Small section of bottom of right hand corner, width of mount 5.5cm, velvet at back perished, otherwise ok.

Condition Report The cast cover has been poorly let into the surround and there is some silver edging to the top left corner, the base of the box is somewhat strange, with an oval raised lip, see extra images.
A French Mouboussin silver and sapphire set lady's square powder compact, the cover with seven cabochon sapphire set, stylized flower-shaped motifs, fitted with a mirror within, 7cm x 7cm, gross weight 169 gms, with a Mouboussin Paris case. Condition Report The compact is heavily tarnished and dirty and would benefit from a professional clean. The condition is good throughout, the hinged cover shuts well and is tight. The mirror is in good order.

Condition Report There is no flint to the lighter, roller bar rotates loosely. Interior a little grubby, exterior no significant dents, knocks or scratches.

It is in good condition with scratches and tarnishing.
A silver rectangular book binding, 19th century, of Italian style, openwork cast and chased with religious scenes within a shaped cartouche and with a broad openwork border of shells, scrolls, foliage, wreaths, birds and vases of flowers, the front cover with a scene of The Transfiguration, the back cover with a scene of The Anointing of Christ, the spine similarly chased with figures of children and with a single hinged clasp, size 20.7cm x 13cm, weight 565 gms.
