Rare and spectacular large UK hallmarked silver & enamel candlesticks made for the Millennium by Robert Pritchard-Gordon and Mark Paul, in the Arts & Crafts manner. Measuring 30.5cm high, with base measuring 15.25cm square appx. Although the sticks are loaded, the stated actual silver weight is given by the manufacturers as being 45 tr oz / 1600 grams appx. Complete with detachable sconces, and a copy of the makers original design specification drawing. Believed to have been made as a special commission for Robert Carr (jewellers) Lichfield.Condition appears to be as purchased new.
