A Malacca style walking cane, with a silver coloured metal handle, the top inscribed Saml Courtenas Lime Regis, the collar initialled P D and dated 1691 Condition report Report by GH The total length of the cane is 98 cm. The silver collar has several dents, particularly around the top, where there are also some areas of further damage. Further down the collar there are more dents but the inscriptions are crisp and clear and the defects on the collar are commensurate with age. The cane itself is generally good with dents, scratches and patination, and is split down the middle towards the bottom of the cane, as the cane enters the metal foot. Overall presents well and honestly.

Some rubbing to raised decoration. No obvious removals of inscriptions etc. Scratched and well used. Marks rubbed but still slightly visible. Overall good.

Suspension loop attached, stamped, .375, no other marks. Oval approx. 52 x 38 mm. Fault lines visible in cornelian. Portrait rubbed and scratched, possibly a silver colour underneath surface.

These inclusions are visible with naked eye, including to the tear drops which are slightly cloudy and yellowy in colour. Set in a yellow coloured metal and silver coloured metal closed mount which is unmarked.

Overall the condition is very good.
A silver plated eight person table service, Asprey, in an associated Asprey canteen, a silver boxing trophy, Birmingham 1935, and other metalwares (qty) Condition report Report by GH The Asprey tableware is in good condition,. Not much wear to the prongs on the forks. The plating is all in good condition. Lightly scratched commensurate with use. Other metalware is also in good condition. The little silver boxing trophy is a bit dented and misshapen. The canteen itself is also in good condition. The canteen is almost certainly not related to the contents.
A pair of Victorian silver mounted glass decanters and stoppers, Birmingham 1898 and 1899, 24 cm high (2) Condition report Report by GH Glass: There doesn't appear to be any cracks or damage to the glass, however in both decanters there is staining and residue to the interiors from use. One has clearly had blue coloured contents and the other shows residue of red coloured contents. The silver mounts on the shoulders of both of the decanters are complete and in reasonably good condition with ingrained dirt and polish. The silver collars both have some dents but are complete, and the stoppers are both present with no obvious chips or cracks. The silver hallmarks are readable but quite worn. Overall good saleroom fresh condition.
Six Royal Crown Derby paperweights, Sleeping Dormouse, Country Mouse, Twin Lambs, Swimming Duckling, Sitting Duckling and Millennium Bug, all boxed (6) Condition report Report by GH Royal Crown Derby paperweights: The Millennium Bug paperweight: has a gold stopper and it has a hairline crack right across the middle just off centre, otherwise gilding in good condition and little or no rubbing. The duck with blue detailing: has a silver stopper. The gilding is in good condition with little or no wear and the overall condition is very good. The Dormouse paperweight: has a gold stopper. Gilding in excellent condition, no obvious damage or repairs. Overall very good. Twin Lambs have what appears to be a gold stopper, and in good condition with little or no rubbing to the gilding and no cracks, damages or repairs. The Duckling with the red detailing has what appears to be a silver stopper and otherwise the gilding is also in very good condition and there are no signs of cracks, damage or repairs. Forward facing Field Mouse: has what appears to be a silver stopper and again the gilding is in very good condition, with little or no rubbing, and the overall condition appears to be very good with no signs of damage, repairs or restoration. It is worth noting that it is difficult to tell what some of them are, whether they are silver or gold, because it is quite often silver with a slightly gold colour to it.
