ANTIQUE FRENCH GEM SET PENDANT18ct yellow gold (tested), approx 4.0cm long, depicting a stylised snake's head, set in silver with an oval cabochon pyrope garnet surrounded by old rose cut diamonds and round turquoise cabochons, almandine garnet rose cut eyes, leading to an articulated, pear shaped pyrope garnet cabochon drop tongue. Weight 5.7 grams.
