A rare Georgian III "double duty" silver caddy spoon with engraving and a fluted circular bowl, initialled and dated "1813", by Joseph Taylor, Birmingham 1797, 8.5cms long, 0.25oz.NB. In 1797 the duty on silver was doubled and in that year the King's head duty mark was struck twice. On this spoon, however, as an anomaly, the lion passant has also been struck twice - a really collectable item!

A George III Scottish silver snuff box, rectangular with rounded ends, border engraving and a concealed flush hinge, the cover inscribed “to Wybrants Oliphert Esq of Barlyconnel, from the Royal Borough of Rothsay”, dated 1774 by an unidentified maker “Jo”, Edinburgh C.1800 (no date letter), also with another maker’s/retailer's mark “?RE”, sold with a handwritten letter relating to its history, 9.2cm long, 2.9oz
A George I/George II silver West Country spoon, dog-nose or wavy end pattern with lace decoration on the back of the ball and front of the terminal, the reverse pricked “W W” over “1728”, maker’s mark only struck twice, probably by Richard Freeman of Plymouth, C.1728, 17.7 cm long, 0.9 oz.
A continental silver and enamelled ladies cigarette case, of rounded oblong form with roses and blue ribbons on the cover against the Pearl ground Jim set thumb piece and import marks for London 1912; together with an Austro-Hungarian silver cigarette case, with blue enamelled and a pierced cover, Vienna 1910-1920, the latter 9 centimetres long.
