A heavy rectangular silver Box, raised foliate style border above an engine turned body and rectangular cartouche to the lid engraved with an armorial, 15cm wide, assayed Birmingham 1925, approx. 381g CONDITION REPORT: Generally very nice condition indeed, no major problems or repairs etc., although small ding to upper side lid top right hand side approx. 4cm higher than the lot number sticker, the inside appears also to be in good general order although some discolouration and tarnishing etc., as expected.
A heavy hallmarked silver Hot Water Jug high arched scrolling wooden handle (break to top) and the main barrel shaped body decorated repousse style with flower heads and 'C' scrolls and engraved with an armorial crest, 18cm high, makers mark REEB, assayed London 1808, total weight approx. 524g
A large and heavy late 17th Century style hallmarked silver lidded Tankard produced to mark the occasion of the Coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth 12th May 1937, given with the compliments of the Master, Wardens and Court of Assistance of The Clothworkers' Company, engraved with a coat of arms and the inscription "The Guilt of Francis and Mary Burton, 1684" presentation inscription also to underside and dated 1937, makers mark of Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Company, London, assayed London 1837, approx. 20cm high (to tip of animal finial), approx. 1,125g, together with original card detailing the gift CONDITION REPORT: Apart from tarnishing as a result of the piece languishing in a cupboard for many years it appears to be in good original overall condition with no major problems apparent, comes together with original paperwork.There are no splits, repairs or significant damage to this item.
