A finely engineered 3in scale model of a Burrell Agricultural Traction engine 'Bill', built by the late Mr R Newport of Devises, Wiltshire. The engine with silver soldered copper boiler with fittings including water gauge, pressure gauge, safety, blower, injector, whistle, clack and other valves. Engine details include cylinder with 2in bore x 2 1/2in stroke,footplate controlled drain cocks, mechanical lubricator, Stephenson's link reverse, eccentric driven feed pump and by-pass, two road speeds, pickering governor, whistle, and spoked flywheel. Chassis details include spoked straked wheels with brass hub caps, cable drum, cable and fairleads, water lifter and pipe, hand operated band brake and footboard, finished in red lined and black paintwork with polished brightwork, firing tools, blower and driving trolly. Boiler by R R Chambers Serial No R.C.541 Original Hydraulic Test 200 psi. Working Pressure 100 psi. Certificate dated 17-6-1981. Southern Federation of Model Engineering Societies Certificate No 4085 Tested to 6-5-1997
A well Engineered 5in gauge B.R.15xx Class 0-6-0 Pannier tank locomotive. No 1504 'Speedy'. Built by the late Mr L A Netherton of Saltash. The locomotive has a silver soldered superheated copper boiler. (90 lbs working pressure, hydraulic test 145 lbs) The boiler fitted with water and pressure gauges, safety, blower, blowdown valve, whistle, steam brake, Walschaert's valve gear, cab controlled draincocks, ratchet operated lubricator, injector, eccentric driven feed pump and bypass, lever reverse, further details include sanding boxes and pipework, riveting, steps, hand and lamp irons. The locomotive is finished in BR Black livery and comes complete with a driving trolley. Boiler History: SFMES 1993 to 1995. North Cornwall ME Boiler Test Certificates 1991 to 1995. It is believed that the locomotive has not been steamed since that time.

(80 lbs working pressure, hydraulic test 160 lbs) The boiler fitted with water and pressure gauges, safety, blower, blowdown valve, whistle, hand brake, Walschaert's valve gear, cab controlled draincocks, ratchet operated lubricator, injector,eccentric driven feed pump and bypass, lever reverse, further details include sanding boxes and pipework, riveting, steps, hand irons. The locomotive is refinished in BR Black livery Taunton ME Boiler Test Certificates dated 16-4-80 to 15-4-82 Number 3512. Air tested at 80 psi.
A 7 1/4in gauge 0-4-0 Railmotor pannier tank locomotive, built by Mr D Hill of Beaconsfield to Don Young designs with some modifications including enlarged rear bunker for greater coal capacity, fitted axle pump, ratchet lubricator, steel wheels running on ballraces, Cab detail includes pressure gauge, sight glass, regulator and other fittings, blowdown valve, Walschaert's valve gear, injector, axle and hand feed pumps, silver soldered copper boiler by R R Chambers of Weymouth. Serial No. RC916. Original boiler test certificate dated 7th March 1990 Hydraulic Test to 200 psi and working pressure of 90 psi. Valid Southern Federation of Model Engineering Societies Boiler test certificate to the 11th of July 2005. Test pressure 135 psi and steam valve settings set at 90 psi. The locomotive is finished in LMS Livery with fitted hand rails and lamp.
A rare George IV Scottish cream scoop, of plain semi-circular form with a rim running down the back and a turned wooden handle, crested, by W.P. Cunningham, Edinburgh 1823, 11in (28cm) long, 5.5oz gross. See Finlay I: Scottish Gold and Silver Work, plate 84, for an illustration of a scoop of a similair period.
Two seal top spoons and a Sotheby & Co Sale catalogue relating to their purchase in 1973, (lots 34 & 69): An Elizabeth I silver-gilt spoon with an extended and fluted finial, maker's mark a crescent enclosing a mullet, London 1584, 6.75in (17.2cm) and a Charles I spoon indistinctly pricked and dated '1666' on the terminal, by Stephen Venables, London 1625-40, date letter partially visible, 6. 5in (16.5cm), 3.4oz. Regimental interest: A George III regimental badge of the Queens Royal West Surrey's: with the motto 'PRISTINAE VIRTUTIS MEMOR', probably by George Beckwith, London 1806, 3.5in (9cm) high, together with a framed miniature painting of an officer (possibly in the same regiment) and a Royal Artillery shoulder belt pouch with braided badge and motto 'UBIQUE', 1.5oz weighable silver. A small, rare, George III two colour gold and silver mounted "blue john", (Derbyshire flourspar) box of plain cylindrical form, the pull off cover with a fretwork urn of flowers, set with rubies and rose cut diamonds, by an unascribed maker "F G", Sheffield 1801 (contained in original fitted case), 3.5in (1.4cm) diameter.
