A William IV Silver Mustard Pot and Pair of Salts, Joseph Angell I & Joseph Angell II, London 1832, circular and of heavy gauge, with foliate shell and gadroon rim, on three large shell pad feet, engraved with a crest of a stag's head erased out of a Ducal coronet, with associated King's pattern spoons engraved to match, later blue glass liners, 8.7cm diameter, 19oz 16dwt (6)All clearly marked to underside. Remains only of gilding to interiors. A little movement in hinge of mustard. Two or three feet pushed in slightly, visible from interior, and some occasional knocks to bodies. Spoons comprise: a pair of salts Messrs Lias, London 1828; and a later mustard with obscured marks. One glass liner appears to fit reasonably well, other liners poorly fitting.

The box is of good quality and good gauge. Some wear to the engine turning on sides. Gilt interior slightly pale but still bright. Hinge appears intact, cover closing properly.
