Overall the figure appears quite grubby, has residue of silver polish and would benefit from a clean. The lily pad had been slightly misshapen around its edges but there are no other signs of damage or restoration. We assume the figure has been made in two parts, although the lily pad is not hallmarked and presume the upper section to be filled.
