Irish Aviation, Air Corps helicopter pilot's wings. The embroidered, gilt and silver bullion wings of Comdt. Fergus P. O'Connor, Helicopter Squadron. Together with 19 various cloth military badges. Comdt. Fergus P. O'Connor served in the Helicopter Squadron, Irish Air Corps until his retirement in 1975. As well as military aviation and Air/Sea rescue and air ambulance missions; he flew Pope John Paul II throughout his visit to Ireland. L

Buckley, 1890 Championship Won By Midleton (2), Castlemartyr Tournament 1892, GAA Cork County Championship 1895, Doneraile Tournament 1895, Cork County Championship 1896 2nds (2), GAA Challenge - Cork v. Tipperary 1898, Cork Co. Championship 1902 Won By Lees, GAA Rathcormac 1902. All hallmarked silver, mainly by Cork makers including Long, O'Connor and Sutton, except the All-Ireland 9 carat gold by JJO'C, Cork. Accompanied by an 1892 silver crown of Queen Victoria. Believed to be won by two members of the Buckley family. (13) By descent from William Buckley, winner of 1890 All-Ireland medal, to the present owner. The 1890 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship final was a Gaelic football match played at Clonturk Park on 26 June 1892 to determine the winners of the 1890 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, the 4th season of the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, a tournament organised by the Gaelic Athletic Association for the champions of the four provinces of Ireland. The final was contested by Cork of Munster who were represented by Midleton and Wexford of Leinster who were represented by Blacks and Whites, with Cork winning by 2-4 to 0-1.The All-Ireland final had originally been fixed for 17 November 1890, however, the surprise arrival of Ulster champions Armagh necessitated a semi-final which Cork won. The final was then postponed for nineteen months, only being arranged on the Monday before the refixed date. P
