A green glass silver mounted liqueur flask, hallmarked to the rim London 1894, the accompanying bowl similarly hallmarked but rubbed and three matching glasses and three other Venetian jewelled glasses. Flask height 15 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The hallmarks on the rim of the ewer are partially rubbed. The silver appears to be free from any dents or knocks. The ewer has no stopper. The glass body appears to be free from any obvious chips or cracks. The silver around the rim of the tray appears to be free from any knocks or dents and is generally in good order. There is a ring of surface scratches around the central cut glass decoration on the underside (which is normal). The tray appears to be free from any obvious chips, cracks or restorations. The two pairs of three licquer glasses which accompany this piece are all free from any obvious chips or cracks.
An Art Deco inspired console table, with contrasting dark and light timbers and five drawers with silver coloured handles. Width 120 cm, depth 47 cm, height 84 cm (408). CONDITION REPORT: The table is structurally very sound with no significant condition issues. There are some minor marks to the polish but no real problems. All drawer fronts are in good condition. The third handle is a little loose having lost its back nut.
A 19th century oak and brass bound silver chest, the lid with central brass nameplate engraved "G.C. Russell Esq", the interior with fitted and removable compartments lined with green baize, the sides with sunken brass handles. 47 cm wide, 35 cm high, 34.5 cm deep. CONDITION REPORT: The silver chest has a full width crack to the top just below the cartouche. There is no movement here and this may be simply the opening up of a plank join. All of the brass bindings and both handles are present. The lock escutcheon is missing. The interior baize lining is very perished but all interior fittings are present.
