Laurent Durieux is what we like to call a 'thinking man's artist', with a subtle, clever take on the subject matter that makes you look in depth at many of his works as certain details are not necessarily evident on first viewing. Such is the case here with his print of "The Wolf Man" issued in 2012 as part of the long-running Universal Monsters Series by Mondo. Dark grey and brown colour tones feature an anguished Lon Chaney Jr. seated and clutching his silver tipped walking stick. Look closer and you see the the silver cane handle is a wolf's head, the wooden carving on his chair is the Frankenstein Monster, his feet are those of a wolf and the floor pattern is a series of supernatural pentagrams offset with a wolf. Hand-numbered #297/350, this is a beautiful piece, a personal favourite, and highly recommended. (Provenance: The Personal Collection of Bryan Fuller)24" x 36" (61 x 91.5 cm)Additional Information: Hand-Numbered #297/350Condition: ExcellentUnrestored, flat/unfolded (as issued). "Outer space now belongs to James Bond 007". At the time of its release in 1979, "Moonraker" was the highest grossing 007 movie to date. Beautiful detailed Daniel Gouzee artwork was the highlight for all of the "Moonraker" campaign and this final design US One-Sheet really does emphasise this. It features a suave Roger Moore in a shiny silver space suit, the only time on any Bond poster campaign Moore was depicted wearing anything other than a dress suit.27" x 41" (69 x 104 cm)Additional Information: NSS #790012Condition: ExcellentUnrestored, folded (as issued). Lot 252

"In space no one can hear you scream". H. R. Giger's design for the xenomorph in Ridley Scott's "Alien" (1979) is a pop culture phenomenon and one of cinemas most iconic images. Although the subject matter is instantly recognisable, it's interesting to see how the two artists here have differently interpreted the Alien. Grzegorz Domaradzki (Gabz) has gone for a 'Gigerish' vibe with a series of seven grey colour inks screen printed on Neenah Cool Grey paper. Originally issued in 2019 at the "I am GABZ" exhibition in New York, this limited edition of 300 has been hand-signed and numbered #68. Vance Kelly's offering has the look and feel of a more traditional movie poster with the Alien imagery dominating the rest of the cast. A layer of silver ink (only really noticeable on close inspection) overlayed into the some of the grey areas only enhances what is a spectacular looking piece. In an edition of 400 this is hand-numbered #24.24" x 36" (61 x 91.5 cm)Additional Information: Signed & Hand-Numbered #68/300 & 24/400Condition: ExcellentUnrestored, rolled, flat and unfolded (as issued). Very minimal handling wear. It presents and displays to excellent effect.Artist: Grzegorz Domaradzki (Gabz), Vance Kelly £200 - 300VAT Status: M

The silver screen's master of suspense, Alfred Hitchcock, created "Psycho" (1960) the legendary thriller that introduced audiences to new dimensions of psychotic mayhem and left an indelible mark on the horror (slasher) genre. No other movie has packed as much horror, suspense and psychological obsession as this one and is considered the definitive Hitchcock picture. Reissued many many times since it first shocked audiences, this US One-Sheet is from the first re-release in 1965 and carries the same artwork as the 1960 poster showing a half-naked Janet Leigh with the addition of a bright red printed snipe stating 'IT'S BACK!'. Paper for this title is amongst the most collected being desired by not just Hitchcock fans, but the huge number who collect from the horror genre. 27" x 41" (69 x 104 cm)Condition: Very GoodConservation linen-backed. Prior to being backed the poster was folded and in very good condition. Presents to excellent effect.Artist: Unknown Artist£400 - 500VAT Status: M
