Fine George V silver communion dish of oval form with overall planished decoration, central gilded bowl and pierced side handles depicting the Jerusalem cross, the underside engraved 'Ego svm panis vitÆ qvi mandvcat hvnc panem vivet in Æternvm maria monica whelan me dedit obiit 1929', (London 1929), maker Alwyn Carr, also marked 'Alwyn Carr me fecit', all at 8.5ozs, 25cm in diameter. 17th century Liège silver incense holder, in the form of a shell, on a circular foliate decorated pedestal base, marked on underside of base, including wriggle line, Eagle 17--, maker's mark H.I and Liege mark. All at approximately 8ozs. 12cm overall height.Provenance: To be sold by direction of the Canonesses of the Holy Sepulchre, their benefactor's book of 1662 states this was gifted in 1672 by Mother Catherine of the Visitation Hildesley (Given name Mary Hildesley - professed in 15/2/1650) described as '1672 Mother of the Visitation Hildesley gave a shell in silver and spowne for incense, 8 ounces and a quart at 43fl'General overall condition very good, some surface wear, scratching and minor denting, back end of shell distorted. Shell is slightly off centre where it joins pedestal base, soldering is very uneven and has holes and may have been repaired. Marks distorted.

Marks slightly rubbed but legible.

18th century Liège silver Thurible, comprising a censer of compressed baluster form, with engraved and pierced decoration and removable crucible, a pierced slip on cover with foliate decoration and four suspension chains, terminating in a circular finger plate. Marker's mark only on censer and cover, possibly Jacques Ladouille, Liège C. 1770. Approximately 25ozs. Censer and cover 21cm overall height. General overall condition good, some surface scratching, wear and denting all over, base distorted, suspension S hooks may have been replaced and may not be silver, chain mounts on base may have been repaired and foot is distorted, pierced decoration on cover has damage in places, surface decoration is worn. Crucible is good, may not be original.
Pair of early 18th century Liège silver cruets, of decagonal baluster form with engraved IHS Christograms, scroll handles and hinged domed covers, on pedestal bases. Wrigglework line and crowned GD maker's mark only, circa 1700. All at approximately 12ozs. 12cm overall height.Provenance: To be sold by direction of the Canonesses of the Holy Sepulchre.General overall condition good, some surface scratching, wear and minor denting. Base on one cruet is distorted and pushed in, spout cover may have been added, although it is difficult to assess. Cover on other cruet is a good fit and may never have had a spout cover fitted originally. Marks rubbed.
Early 18th century Liège silver dish of oval form, with flared rim and engraved IHS Christogram, together with a Liège silver wine cruet, with similar engraving and hinged cover, on a pedestal foot and one other similar, without gilding. Dish underside comprehensively marked, including wriggle line, Eagle 1724, maker's mark crowned MB, probably Matthias Bruis, letter G and Liège mark. Silver gilt cruet with similar marks but worn, silver cruet maker's mark MB only.Provenance: To be sold by direction of the Canonesses of the Holy Sepulchre. The present lot is possibly that described in the benefactors book as. 'The Revd mother Mary of the Conception Pryoress hath given a silver bassen and two crewets for the price of 127 1/2 fl waying 33 ounces and a half and somewhat more'Silver dish - General overall condition good, some surface scratching and wear, rim is slightly distorted, inner edge of base has been dented and repaired. Marks rubbed but legible.Silver gilt wine cruet - General overall condition good, some surface scratching, gilding worn, cover slightly distorted and poor fit. Marks worn.Silver cruet - General overall condition very good, some surface scratching, may have had spout cover removed. Maker's mark only.

Lunette has three chips to door glass but other wise very good. Hallmarks on both main body and rim of lunette are rubbed. Marks slightly rubbed but legible. No evidence of any personal engraving. Weight approximatey 8½ ozs.

Victorian silver 3 piece teaset, comprising teapot of tapering fluted form with Gothic style decoration, hinged domed cover and silver leaf mounted handle, on a flared base, matching sugar and cream jug, both with engraved stag crest to base (London 1865) Joseph Angell I & Joseph Angell II. All at approximately 48ozs. Teapot 19cm overall height. APHA Ref X89SAXAH General overall condition very good, some minor surface scratching, denting and wear, surface tarnished in places, handle insulators are cracked, top insulator has small piece missing but is not broken through, no evidence of other major damage or repair, underside of bases have been filed at edges. Early Edwardian silver spirit kettle of faceted form, with hinged cover and scroll mounted handle, on a shaped stand, with four shell feet and separate burner (London 1902) Alstons' & Hallam. All at approximately 34ozs. 30cm overall height. (3)The spirit kettle has a dent to the base inside the foot rim. There are some minor dents and distortion to the burner, but sound overall. The marks to the stand are slightly rubbed but can still be read. The retaining pins to the stand are slightly distorted. Overall in good condition. All at approximately 46ozs. 25.8cm across.Good overall condition, marks are clear, no signs of dents or previous repairs. Some overall surface scratching and some minor staining / pitting to interior.
George III silver jug of baluster form, with hinged cover and leather covered handle, on a circular base (London 1768) Philip Norman. All at approximately 13ozs. 23.5cm overall height.The handle has signs of previous solder repairs to the base and also to the top. There is signs of a possible solder repair to the spout of the jug. The inner rim of the cover and the foot rim both have some signs of distortion and there is overall rippling and minor dents to the body. There are some signs that previous engraving may have been removed. Please see additional images.

Victorian silver ewer of fluted baluster form, with hinged cover and loop handle, on a circular pedestal base (London 1884) Walter & John Barnard. All at approximately 20ozs. 31cm overall height.Very good overall condition. The marks are slightly rubbed but can still be clearly read. There are a couple of minor pin type dents around the ewer and overall tarnishing but very good overall.
1920s silver cocktail shaker of tapering cylindrical form, engraved "From The Officers Night Flying Flight 1929" with separate silver strainer and slip in cover, on a flared circular base (London 1929) Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd. All at approximately 14ozs. 22cm overall height.General overall condition good. Minor surface wear, scratching and denting. Strainer is removable. Cover has large dent in top. Engraved dedication 'From the Officers Night Flying Flight 1929' is crisp. The three separate components all bear English silver hallmarks. Cover is stamped twice
