Probably the Lakskiy tribal group of Dagestan. Scabbard with hairline crack.

One butt with repair. (2)

A LATE 19TH CENTURY SCOTTISH DIRK OF GLASGOW INTEREST, 27.5cm clean double fullered blade with faceted back edge, characteristic white metal mounted hilt decorated with Celtic strapwork, white metal pommel cap set with the crest of the Mayor of Glasgow, contained in its white metal mounted leather scabbard, decorated with Celtic strap work and entwined dragons, the upper mount also bearing the Mayoral crest, the upper mount also stamped with maker's name of R.G. LAWRIE, complete with companion knife and fork and hanging strap. Mounts test as silver.
