Provenance: A Private Collection. Condition report: Marks are good, gauge is very good and heavy, some slight wear to the high points of the gilt, tip is sharp, some fine surface scratches.
A natural pearl ring, the silver pearl set with diamonds to the shoulders in platinum, size P 1/2 Accompanied by report number 04100 dated 10 May 2011 from The Gem & Pearl Lab stating that the button-shaped cream/white to light grey pearl weighs 11.45cts, measures 11.7 - 12.1mm and is natural saltwater. Condition report: Off-round pearl with a few natural blemishes visible in images. Lustre ok but not great. Colour changes from almost white underneath to silver on top (see images). Mount all fine.
An Edwardian silver jewellery box, by Horton and Allday, Birmingham 1904, rounded rectangular form, the cover with a spray of flowers, the sides with sinuous Art Nouveau decoration, on four bracket feet, the interior silk and velvet lined, with with six recesses to fit rings, length 11.5cm. Condition Report: Marks are good, cover is part marked, stands flat on a tabletop, hinge is good, cover closes flush, some slight wear to the velvet and silk lining, details of the decoration are good, overall fine surface scratches, the cartouche on the cover has probably been erased and is whippy.
A SMALL JAPANESE LACQUER BOX AND COVER MEIJI OR TAISHO PERIOD, 20TH CENTURY The square body in deep black lacquer decorated with abstract patterns reminiscent of mountains in ochre, iron-red and olive-green, the rim with silver-coloured mounts, the inside with nashiji gold lacquer and the underside of the lid painted with a Dharma Chakra (Wheel of Dharma) in gilt, in a fitted tomobako wood box and cover stamped with the elephant-shaped seal for the Zohiko workshop, 5.5cm x 6.1cm x 6.1cm.(4) Condition Report: There are three small nicks to the lacquer, and a few minor scratches and slight rubbing to the base.

Well-matched and bright rubies. Rose cut diamonds have a few small chips. Later brooch fitting to reverse. Generally all in good condition for age.

A late-Victorian silver-gilt travelling folding knife and fork, by Alfred Fuller, London 1885, retailed by Clark, 20, Old Bond Street, London, rounded rectangular handles applied with gold initials, the knife with a steel blade, in a leather case, length shut 10.7cm The fork is fully marked, the mounts to the knife and fork are all part marked, marks are good, some slight wear to the gilt, fork pivot is good and it snaps into place well, tines are good, rusting to the steel interior mount section and some corrosion marks on the fork mounts, knife pivot a little stiff but blade snaps into place well, corrosion to the blade, some fine surface scratches, the leather case has shrunk and the cover does not flap over and clasp shut.
A sapphire and diamond pansy ring, set with graduated circular-cut sapphires and diamonds in silver and gold on a platinum band, size G 1/2, case Condition reports: The pansy section probably wasn't always a ring and has later been converted to one, but this is not at all obvious when worn and it looks very pretty. Bright and lively stones, all in good condition.
A late-Victorian silver butt marker, by John Banks, London 1899, retailed by Albert Barker Ltd., London, Pat no.22108, rectangular form, the marker opens to reveal a fan of eight numbered unmarked pegs, the side inscribed 'The Sportsman Pathfinder', length 4.7cm, approx. weight 1.4oz. Provenance: A Private Collection. Alastair Dickenson, Christie's South Kensington, Silver Sale, 18 May 2004, lot 229. Condition Report: marks are good, cover is part marked, the markers are unmarked, the overall gauge is good, the hinge works well and fan action is good, there is some blackening remaining in the numbers of the markers and fit well, some scuffing where they fit into the holders, traces of gilding o the holders, clasp is good, some fine surfaces scratches.

Condition Report: Marks are good, some slight wear to the makers mark, the reverse is part marked, traces of blackening to the numbers on the silver mount, slide-out ivorine note pad fits well, there are some small ink marks on it, ivorine markers fit well, wear to the blackening in some of the number, overall fine surface scratches, pencil fits well.
